Aviation, itself, is a magical thing. To think that we can take these hulking machines up tens of thousands of feet into the sky successfully, it is a remarkable bit of engineering. Selling retail aviation products, however, well, it is far from magical. That really goes for all of retail. None of it is enjoyable.
This comic was recycled from one of my earlier sketches (I may put the original up one of these Thursdays or something). Not much about it has changed except for one of the characters and the character designs.

The Shopper will do anything to get their way. Lying is by far the easiest method.
When their best deceptions fall through, they flee, like the cowardly little beasts that they are. When encountering an irate liar, stand your ground. They will back down, because it would otherwise be too difficult to fight any longer and they are lazy, lazy beasts. They will always choose the path of least resistance or the path with the most emotionally-charged yelling. Always approach them with extreme caution, knowing that it will most likely not be an easy or peaceful encounter.

I wish I had an Ash there to help me out with moments like this. If you ever see a comrade in need of backup, come to their aid.
Shout out to @MusingsInRetail and @mchicaparrales for inspiring the ending to this comic. As fellow retail employees, we are comrades-in-arms and should have each other’s backs as often as we are able. The Shopper is an awful creature at times, and the shopkeeper can have difficulty fighting back against them. Support is always appreciated. Be good to each other, comrades, and we all might survive this retail jungle.
